Shipping and Delivery
We offer free shipping on all orders over Rs.499. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 4 business days. Expedited shipping is available for an additional charge.
Returns and Refund Policy
We offer a full refund or exchange on products that have leakage or damage during the delivery process within 20 days of purchase, provided the products are unopened and in their original condition. Used products cannot be returned. If you are not satisfied with a product, please contact our customer service team and we will be happy to assist you. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
For any claim for a refund on a product due to leakage, expired products or damage, please send us an email to cs@earthmantraa.com with the following details within 48 hours of the delivery date.
- Invoice number
- Request or complaint details
- Images or videos to support the complaint.
Send back the product with the same packaging and include the following details given below within the package and also email to cs@earthmantraa.com :
- Address of dispatch
- Name & Address of the customer
- Order number
- Contents of the package
Note: Orders for Corporate Box are not applicable for exchange or refund here.
